Overview
At The Doghouse, we take pride in serving high-quality food and great service. If something’s not right with your order, we want to make it right. Because most of our items are made-to-order and perishable, all sales are generally considered final. However, we’ll gladly review issues on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item

Your order was significantly incorrect or missing key items

There was a problem with food quality that prevented you from enjoying your meal
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase with details and proof of the issue (such as a photo or receipt). We’ll review your case and notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
Note: Orders placed through third-party platforms like DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats must be refunded through those services directly. We cannot process refunds for orders made outside of our in-house or Clover system.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we serve perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If an item was incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please reach out so we can address the issue. Exchanges are not typically applicable to food service, but store credit may be offered in some cases.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Sale Items
Discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless otherwise noted.
